Women for International Peace and Arbitration (WIPA),
has been an emissary to China for WIPA's project to improve the
status of women and girls in China, which WIPA is undertaking at
the request of the UN, and on invitation of the All-China Women's
Federation.
Her presentation introduces WIPA, describes the Spring Buds project,
relates some recent experiences (with slides), and gives a status
report on the current situation and progress.
This event is presented in celebration of
Asian American Heritage Month.
