MARIN COUNTY BAHÁ'ÍS GATHER FOR "REFLECTION MEETING"

Bahá'ís from various Marin communities: Fairfax, Novato, San Anselmo, and San Rafael, came together to discuss the spiritual health and development of the Marin Bahá'í community.

Ernest Jones of San Anselmo provided everyone with a graph showing the number of community members that had progressed through the sequence of courses of the "Ruhi Institute."

The Bahá'ís discussed the need for more accurate reporting on all levels so that they all have the same up-to-date information. It was decided to use this Web site to update the community on Bahá'í events throughout Marin.

It was also decided to send a letter to the newly created, and just elected, Regional Bahá'í Council of the Bahá'ís of the Southwestern States welcoming this new development in the Bahá'í Faith and looking forward to meeting them and discussing the hopes, dreams and needs of the local Bahá'í communities.
